Before you call
Domestic and end of tenancy work can usually be booked within a few days, and we hold slots for short-notice move-outs. Commercial contracts take a little longer because they're worth doing properly — survey booked quickly, written specification to follow, and mobilisation agreed with you.
We hold public liability insurance and can send certificates with your quote. Staff are referenced and right-to-work checked before they start, and we arrange DBS checks for sites that require them, such as schools and healthcare settings.
No. Commercial agreements run on 30 days notice either way. Domestic cleaning has no contract at all — pause it for a holiday or stop entirely, with no fee.
Tell your account manager and we return to put it right, usually within one working day. On end of tenancy work, if your agent flags something cleaning-related we come back and sort it. The audit records exist precisely so these conversations are about facts rather than impressions.
Yes, included in the price. If you have allergies, pets or particular surfaces, tell us at the survey and we will use products that suit them.
All of Greater Manchester from our base in Stretford: the city centre, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Wigan, plus Altrincham, Sale, Didsbury and Chorlton. Outside that radius, ask — for larger contracts we often can.
